Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations of ticket purchases made via BolehBook are processed. By purchasing a ticket through our platform, you (“the Buyer” or “Ticket Holder”) agree to comply with this policy and the Event Organizer’s terms.

General Policy

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless stated otherwise by the Event Organizer or as required by applicable laws.
  • Refunds are subject to Event-specific policies as determined by the Event Organizer. BolehBook facilitates refunds only upon authorization from the Organizer.
  • 2.

    Eligible Refund Scenarios

    You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
    a.
    Event Cancellation
  • If the Event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will be eligible for a full or partial refund based on the Organizer’s policy.
  • The Organizer is responsible for initiating and approving the refund request
  • b.
    Event Postponement or Rescheduling
  • If the Event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date.
  • Refunds for postponed Events will be subject to the Organizer’s decision. You may be required to request a refund within a specified window.
  • c.
    Duplicate or Accidental Purchase
  • Requests for duplicate purchases or unintentional errors must be made within 24 hours of the transaction and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • 3.

    Ineligible Refund Scenarios

    Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
  • Change of personal plans or unavailability
  • Missed the event or late arrival
  • Dissatisfaction with the event or its content
  • Refusal to comply with venue entry requirements (e.g., dress code, safety checks)
  • Weather-related disruptions unless the event is officially cancelled

    How to Request a Refund

    If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

    2.
    Include your ticket number, event name, and reason for the request.
    3.
    Requests must be submitted within 5 business days of the scheduled Event date (or cancellation notice).
    BolehBook will liaise with the Event Organizer and notify you of the outcome.

    Processing & Timelines

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation from the Organizer.
  • Refunds will be returned via the original payment method. For debit/credit card refunds, processing times may vary based on bank policies.
  • 6.

    Administrative Fees

  • A processing fee may apply to certain refunds, depending on the Organizer’s terms or the payment gateway’s service charges.
  • Any non-refundable booking, service, or delivery fees incurred at the time of purchase will not be returned unless otherwise agreed.
  • 7.

    BolehBook's Role

  • BolehBook is a ticketing platform and facilitator, not the Event Organizer.
  • All event-related policies, including refunds, are determined and enforced by the Organizer unless stated otherwise.
  • BolehBook is not liable for Organizer-related delays or failures to process refunds.
