or cancellations of ticket purchases made via BolehBook are
processed. By purchasing a ticket through our platform, you
(“the Buyer” or “Ticket Holder”) agree to comply with this
policy and the Event Organizer’s terms.

Include your ticket number, event name, and reason for
the request.
3.
Requests must be submitted within 5 business days of the
scheduled Event date (or cancellation notice).
BolehBook will liaise with the Event Organizer and notify
you of the outcome.
