Ticket Policy

By purchasing or using a ticket issued through BolehBook, the ticket holder (“You”) agrees to the following terms and conditions, which govern admission to the event venue and participation in the related event (“Event”):

Nature of the Ticket

  • This ticket represents a revocable license that permits the holder entry to the Event and the right to attend and observe it, subject to venue rules and these terms.
  • The ticket does not grant ownership rights to the Event, its content, or any intellectual property associated with it.

    Event Media Restrictions

  • The ticket holder agrees not to record, broadcast, or distribute any audio, video, photograph, or other media content of the Event without the organizer’s prior written approval.
  • Unauthorized transmission, live-streaming, or commercial use of any Event-related material is strictly prohibited.

    Media Rights & Publicity Waive

  • By entering the Event venue, you grant permission for your image, voice, and likeness to be captured and used in photos, videos, or other media by the Event organizer or affiliated partners for promotional or documentation purposes.
  • This includes distribution across digital platforms, media channels, and marketing materials without compensation or further consent.

    Use Restrictions

  • Tickets issued by BolehBook may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests, or resale for commercial gain without written consent from BolehBook.
  • Unauthorized resale or use of the ticket may result in cancellation without a refund.

    Grounds for Refusal or Ejection

    The Event organizer or venue operator reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual who:
  • Violates the terms of this policy;
  • Appears intoxicated, acts aggressively, or uses abusive language;
  • Engages in illegal or disruptive behavior;
    • All entrants may be subject to bag checks or personal screening for safety and security purposes.

    6.

    Assumption of Risk

  • By attending the Event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the experience, including but not limited to loud noises, strobe lighting, pyrotechnics, crowded conditions, and atmospheric effects.
  • BolehBook and the organizer are not liable for injury, illness, or damage resulting from attendance unless proven to be due to gross negligence.

    • 7.

    Ticket Refunds & Exchanges

  • All ticket sales are final. Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are only permitted in accordance with the Event organizer’s policy.
  • BolehBook is not responsible for refunds unless specifically authorized to process them on behalf of the organizer.

    • 8.

    Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Any unauthorized chargebacks or dishonoured transactions related to ticket purchases may result in legal action.
  • The customer agrees to be liable for the outstanding amount, applicable interest, and any legal or recovery costs incurred, including those from third-party agents or law firms.

    • 9.

    Event Cancellation or Changes

  • Event organizers reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to the Event program, lineup, or venue. In such cases, the organizer’s refund or rescheduling policy will apply.
  • BolehBook is not liable for Event disruptions caused by weather, government restrictions, emergencies, or force majeure.
